Registration

Participants are asked to register before July 31^st, 2024 via online registration platform [http://confer.maich.gr/registrations/188EAAE]

Registration is open to co-authors, attendants and accompanying persons.

Deadline for early bird registration: June 30^th, 2024.

Deadline for final registration: July 31^st, 2024.

NB: All participants must be EAAE members.

Side Events

Project partners that would like to join the Side Events should register through the link https://confer.maich.gr/registrations/SideEvents188.

The registration fee includes badges, coffee breaks, 2 light lunches, welcome reception and gala dinner.

Participation fee

Early bird registration (before June 30^th, 2024): the fees for EAAE members have been set at €250, and €160 for students.

Registration after June 30^th, 2024: participation fees have been set at €300, and €190 for students.

Registration fees for Accompanying Persons have been set at €110.

The participation fees include: Attendance to the conference, badges, coffee breaks, 2 light lunches, welcome reception and gala dinner.
Accompanying persons fee includes coffee breaks, 2 light lunches, welcome reception and gala dinner.  

Participants of an EAAE seminar have to be members of the EAAE at the time of registration for the seminar. For those who are not yet members, the EAAE membership fee from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2025 is 150 Euro. This amount is to be paid in advance of registration to the 188th EAAE seminar, and only via the EAAE website, https://eaae.org/

Please note that each Registration is associated with one Oral Presentation.

Cancellation policy

If cancellation is confirmed by August 31^st, 2024, fees will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee of €50. Only written cancellation by e-mail will be accepted for refund purposes. In the case where the candidate has omitted to inform us of the cancellation, no fees will be refunded. Please note that after this date, no refund will be given.
